Chairperson Message
On behalf of the organising committee, Dr. B.K. Oli invites delegates to join Uttara-Eyecon 2026 in Mussoorie for a conference that blends science, fellowship, and the Himalayan atmosphere of Uttarakhand.
Organizing Secretary
